TeslaMate JP Pro is a per-vehicle subscription with monthly or yearly billing. A card is required to start the 14-day free trial; billing begins automatically at the selected interval when the trial ends.

Selling Price
Monthly US$6.49 (tax included) per vehicle (annual US$64.90 (tax included) per vehicle). Includes a 14-day free trial. Battery Health Certificate (PDF): a one-time purchase of JPY 2,980 (tax included) per certificate.

Payment Timing
Billed automatically at the selected monthly or yearly interval after the 14-day free trial ends. One-time purchases are charged at checkout after the displayed amount is confirmed.
Service Delivery Timing
The subscription becomes available after checkout is completed. Vehicle data appears after Tesla authorization, any required vehicle setup, Telemetry configuration, and the first received signals. A Battery Health Certificate is downloadable after its issuance process is complete. It contains a reference estimate based on recorded vehicle data, not an official Tesla diagnosis.
Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from "Manage Subscription" in the settings screen. You may continue to use the Service until the end of the then-current billing period after cancellation.
Refunds
We do not provide pro-rata refunds for subscription cancellations at the User’s convenience. However, in the event of a permanent discontinuation of the Service or a prolonged outage attributable to the Service, we will refund the unprovided period on a pro-rata basis in accordance with the Terms of Service.
If the certificate payment is fully refunded, the certificate is revoked and PDF downloads are disabled. Previously downloaded PDFs no longer verify as valid. For questions, please contact us via the Contact page.
