Location: Shared PostgreSQL with application-level tenant_id separation; external processing locations vary by provider.
Encryption: Tesla OAuth tokens use AES-GCM; encryption for other data and backups needs separate confirmation.
Access control: Tesla's official OAuth 2.0 supported — Tesla password never stored

TeslaMate JP Pro firmly rejects vendor lock-in. Retained drive history, charging records, location data and attachment files can be exported in one gzip-compressed JSON archive. After decompression, check that manifest.complete is true.

The exported data can be freely used for analysis in spreadsheets or kept as your own data asset. If you ever cancel this service, you can export all of your data before deleting your account.

Gzip JSON — all retained periods, pages and attachment files. Credentials and external payment-provider records are excluded.

Delete account

Deleting your account removes the account and related records from the current service database. They cannot be restored through your account. Attachment files are removed subsequently. See the Privacy Policy for audit records, unexpired backups, and transaction records held by Stripe or other providers.
